As we’ve all used the same designs, same hull shapes and one of two types of material (fibreglass composite with foam or fibreglass composite with cedar plank) the variances aren’t so huge, this is an attempt to bring the multiple boats under construction together and to provide a framework for standardisation.
Rules are made to be broken….and made to be changed.
